About the Journal

The SCRD Preprints section is an extension of the Smart Cities and Regional Development Journal (ISSN: 2537-3803, ISSN-L: 2537-3803, ISSN online: 2821-7888), created under the auspices of the Smart-EDU Hub within the Faculty of Public Administration, National University of Political Studies & Public Administration.

Aims & Scope

The SCRD Preprints section offers an innovative platform for early-stage dissemination of research in the Smart Cities and Regional Development fields. It promotes articles covering a wide array of topics, including:
