Author Guidelines

We welcome submissions in any style or format for the Preprints section. However, to ensure consistency and compliance, please note the following guidelines:

  1. Manuscript Format:

    • Any formatting style is acceptable.
    • If you are using a journal template, ensure that all publisher and journal logos, names, and identifying details are removed from the document.

  2. Required Elements on the First Page:

    • Title of the manuscript.
    • Full list of authors.
    • Abstract and keywords.
    • Affiliations for all authors.
    • Corresponding author's contact details.

  3. File Format:

    • Submissions must be uploaded in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

Once you have ensured that your manuscript meets the above criteria, simply click the submission button, and our team will handle the rest.

We look forward to receiving your work and supporting the dissemination of your research.

Editable (.docx) template is available here (if the link does not open, the author is asked to send an email to catalin.vrabie@snspa.ro in regard to the SCRD template). We strongly recomand using it in order to ease the authors, as well as the editors, work! However, for those that are willing to follow the instructions, see below.

NB. Our initial recommendation for the authors of SCRD is to derive inspiration from previously published articles within the SCRD OAP Journals, as well as scholarly papers authored by the esteemed members of the Editorial Team, Scientific Committee, and Reviewers Team.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
